What You'll Do As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will provide responsive, hands-on technical support to ensure users stay connected, productive, and supported. Your responsibilities will include: Provide technical support and promptly resolve assigned service tickets. Install, test, configure, and upgrade approved operating systems and applications. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues involving desktops, notebooks, tablets, and other supported devices, subject to applicable warranties and service agreements. Work directly with end users to understand technical concerns and provide timely resolutions. Coordinate with the Helpdesk and other resolver groups when issues require additional technical expertise. Monitor assigned tickets and ensure issues are properly managed through resolution. Prepare and submit required daily, weekly, and monthly status reports, including reports related to weekend support activities. Participate in relevant Helpdesk and support meetings. Follow all applicable client policies, procedures, security requirements, and operational standards. What We're Looking For You could be the right fit if you have: A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent field . At least 1 year of relevant experience in desktop support, IT service desk, technical support, or a similar role. Hands-on experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, operating systems, applications, and common end-user IT issues. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work directly with end users and technical teams. A proactive, service-oriented approach to problem solving.
