As an Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of production systems and services. You will collaborate with multiple teams, drive operational excellence initiatives, and provide expert-level technical support for critical business systems. Key Responsibilities Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Cisco UC and network operations. Lead operational activities and support team decision-making. Monitor and maintain production systems to ensure service availability and compliance with SLAs. Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, voice, and network issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive timely resolution of incidents and service requests. Participate in key technical and operational decisions affecting systems and services. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability, efficiency, and operational performance. Develop and implement operational best practices, standards, and procedures. Utilize monitoring and diagnostic tools to proactively identify and resolve issues. Candidates with 3+ years of strong hands-on experience may also be considered. Proven experience troubleshooting complex voice and network infrastructure issues. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across multiple teams. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
