Oracle Utilities WACS Integration Engineer (Hybrid-Midshift/Mandaluyong)

Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes. Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall capabilities. Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges that may arise. Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize integration strategies and outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Utilities Work & Asset Cloud Services WACS. Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter C2M SPL, Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management. Strong understanding of system integration principles and best practices. Experience with designing and implementing business and technology solutions that align with client requirements. Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications. Familiarity with cloud-based utility management platforms and their application in enterprise environments. Additional Information: Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Utilities Work & Asset Cloud Services WACS. Must have and Good to have skills Oracle Utilities Work & Asset Cloud Services (WACS) 3+ years of Oracle Utilities, ERP, SCM, Asset Management, or Inventory Management experience. 5+ years of integration design experience with Oracle Utilities products (WACS, CCS, CCB, MDM, OFS) with Strong understanding of OIC integration architecture
