The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing data migration ETL processes using SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS) to ensure the successful migration of high-quality data into the target SAP S/4HANA environment. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in SAP data migration, ETL development, data quality, and reconciliation activities. Key Responsibilities Design and develop BODS jobs, workflows, and dataflows for SAP S/4HANA migration projects. Extract data from SAP ECC and non-SAP source systems. Perform data cleansing, transformation, enrichment, standardization, and mapping activities. Support master and transactional data harmonization initiatives. Develop and execute data quality checks, validation routines, and reconciliation reports. Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and migration teams to define migration rules and validation criteria. Support mock conversions, SIT, UAT, dress rehearsals, and production cutover activities. Troubleshoot migration issues and optimize ETL performance. Prepare technical documentation, migration specifications, and operational runbooks. Required Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS) experience . Proven experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA data migration projects . Strong expertise in: SQL ETL Development Data Profiling Data Quality Management Data Validation & Reconciliation Experience migrating SAP master data and transactional data, including: Business Partner (BP) Customer Vendor Material Master General Ledger (GL) Cost Center Solid understanding of data migration methodologies and best practices. Preferred Qualifications Experience with: SAP Migration Cockpit SAP Data Services Migration Workbench Syniti SNP Other SAP migration tools Experience supporting end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
