Mid-Level Data Engineer

Mid-Level Data Engineer Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH) Shift: Morning Shift (9:00 AM onwards) We're looking for a Mid-Level Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize modern data solutions that transform raw data into actionable business insights. You'll work with cloud technologies, data warehouses, ETL pipelines, and analytics platforms to deliver reliable, scalable data products. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL solutions. Build and optimize data warehouse, data mart, and data migration solutions. Develop data-driven solutions using Python and/or Java. Work with Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and MS SQL databases. Leverage AWS technologies such as AWS Glue, AWS RDS, and AWS Fargate. Support BI and advanced analytics requirements using tools like Qlik. Improve data quality, reliability, and performance across the data platform. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders in Agile environments. Required Skills Data Pipeline Engineering & ETL Development Snowflake, Data Warehousing & Data Modeling Python and/or Java Development AWS Glue, AWS RDS, AWS Fargate & AWS Ecosystem Snowflake, PostgreSQL & MS SQL Qlik, BI & Advanced Analytics Data Quality, Maintenance & Reliability Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or other Agile methodologies What We're Looking For 3–5 years of experience in Data Engineering or a related role. Strong understanding of ETL/ELT, data warehousing, and analytics concepts. Hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms and modern data architectures. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Nice to Have: AWS Certified Data Engineer/Solutions Architect and Snowflake SnowPro certifications.
