About the role
Salary: $88000 - 129000 per year Requirements: We require a bachelors degree plus 6 years of experience in systems engineering or systems programming, or a high school diploma/GED plus 10 years of equivalent experience. We prefer experience with Microsoft 365, including Copilot, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint Online, Purview, and Windows Server. We need experience designing and architecting Microsoft 365 and Copilot solutions, including governance, policy design, and licensing approaches. We look for a strong understanding of data security, compliance, and information management in AI-enabled environments. We value experience implementing Copilot readiness strategies, including access controls, labeling, permissions, and content lifecycle management. We seek the ability to analyze usage data and turn insights into practical adoption and improvement plans. We require strong troubleshooting, automation, and scripting skills, such as PowerShell, Graph API, or similar tools. We need experience leading cross-functional initiatives and explaining complex technical topics to business stakeholders. We prefer experience working in an Agile environment with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps. We prefer experience in a financial services setting, including familiarity with FFIEC Architecture, Infrastructure, and Operations guidance and applying regulatory requirements to technology operations. Responsibilities: We lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing administration of Microsoft Copilot across Microsoft 365 workloads, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams. We partner with Information Security teams to establish and enforce governance, compliance, and security frameworks for Copilot and AI-enabled services. We work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize Copilot use cases and design technical solutions and controls that drive adoption and measurable business outcomes. We administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services to support Copilot readiness and sustained usage. We ensure data protection, information lifecycle management, and compliance controls are in place for AI-generated content. We design, build, test, and deploy automation and scripting solutions to support Copilot deployment, monitoring, and reporting. We monitor service health, usage analytics, and adoption metrics to continuously improve the Copilot experience and return on investment. We serve as a subject matter expert during IT audits and assessments, identifying risks and mitigation strategies related to AI and Microsoft 365 services. We drive continuous improvement by gathering user feedback and reviewing Microsoft product releases and roadmap updates to build a pipeline of enhancements focused on productivity, efficiency, and user experience. We provide mentorship and technical guidance to system administrators and engineers, supporting growth and accountability.
