Lead Fullstack Developer

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications, ensuring seamless user experiences and robust back-end functionality. You will lead technical efforts, collaborate across teams, and drive best practices in development, testing, deployment, and security. Key Responsibilities Design and Development: Develop and maintain web applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular JS, HTML5, and CSS, adhering to high standards of code quality and performance. Database Management: Design, implement, and manage both relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB), ensuring data integrity and optimized performance. Front-End Development: Build user interfaces following material design principles and UI/UX best practices to deliver engaging and intuitive user experiences. Back-End Development: Develop and maintain server-side logic and RESTful APIs to support front-end features and integrations. Testing and Debugging: Write and execute unit and integration tests to ensure software quality, promptly identifying and resolving bugs. Code Review: Lead and participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and foster knowledge sharing within the team. Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and developers to deliver cohesive and high-quality software solutions. Documentation: Create and maintain clear technical documentation for applications, APIs, and system architecture. Performance Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks in applications and databases, implementing effective solutions. Security: Apply security best practices to safeguard applications against vulnerabilities. Continuous Learning: Stay current with emerging web technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to continually enhance development practices. Deployment and Maintenance: Manage deployment processes and maintain applications in production environments. Troubleshooting: Quickly diagnose and resolve production issues to minimize downtime. Required Technical Skills Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular JS. Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and responsive design. Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle. Experience with NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB. Solid understanding of web development principles and best practices. Experience with version control systems, especially Git. Expertise in designing and developing RESTful APIs. Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Knowledge of network operations and security protocols. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
