Lead Federal ServiceNow Architect

Salary: $60000 - 96000 per year Requirements: We need at least five years of ITSM or ServiceNow development experience; experience supporting U.S. federal government consulting is preferred. We require a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university. We look for experience in a professional services setting working with executive stakeholders, solution architects, and broader program teams. We need the ability to delegate work, coordinate team activities, and demonstrate experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design and implementation on the ServiceNow platform. We expect experience with ITSM processes or one or more of these functional areas: CSM, HR, SecOps, ITOM, and ITBM, along with a working understanding of ServiceNow integration-related technologies such as SSO, SAML, SSL, web services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, and FTPS. We require scripting experience on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Pages, plus UI technology experience with HTML, CSS, and AngularJS. We need the ability to travel as needed to support engagements. Applicants must hold, or be eligible for, a U.S. government security clearance. Responsibilities: We define technical solutions at the architectural and detailed design level so they align with client business challenges. We help establish scope and estimate the level of effort for engagements. We maintain expert-level knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its products. We serve as a project, workstream, or technical lead on Aperture Cloud ServiceNow engagements, and we design, document, and communicate solution designs that support intended business outcomes. We support configuration, integration, custom development, and other hands-on technical work needed to implement ServiceNow. We work alongside project teams to provide technical guidance, recommendations, quality assurance, and leadership throughout the development lifecycle.
