About the role
Join our team and gain hands-on IT support experience! We welcome motivated individuals who enjoy troubleshooting technical issues and helping others. With training and guidance provided, you can develop your technical and problem-solving skills while growing your career in IT. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to IT queries via voicemail, email and fax. Provide L1 troubleshooting for desktop, LAN, WAN, infrastructure and voice service issues. Track incidents, resolve technical problems and escalate unresolved cases. Assist with user account administration, activation, changes and terminations. Requirements: Min. 6 months of IT technical support or call centre experience Strong communication and customer service skills Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Outlook and Active Directory is an advantage.
