IT Support Engineer (No exp needed, OJT)

Key Responsibilities Provide troubleshooting for client platforms and end-user hardware (L1/ L2 IT support) Perform service requests and respond promptly to incidents; investigate & provide temporary/ permanent resolution Handle end-users directly via calls / voicemail / email / fax Incident tracking and first & second level resolution for all trouble calls, including those related to desktop, LAN, centralized infrastructure, Wide Area Network, and voice services related service requests Coordination for employee user account administration, activation, changes, and terminations Document technical processes and provide regular status updates to relevant parties. Requirements Good learning attitude and good communication skills IT technical support experience or call centre experience is a plus Entry level; On-the-Job Training (OJT) provided.
