IT Project Manager (Quality Systems - Salesforce & ComplianceQuest)

About the Role We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager (Quality Systems - Salesforce & ComplianceQuest) to lead the delivery, enhancement, and ongoing support of enterprise Quality Systems. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and global users to ensure successful technology delivery, application stability, and continuous improvement of quality-related platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise with enterprise application experience and has hands-on exposure to Salesforce, ComplianceQuest, change management, and IT service management practices. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum of 8 years of IT experience with proven experience managing enterprise applications and technology projects. Strong end-to-end Project Management experience using Agile, Waterfall, and/or Hybrid delivery methodologies . Hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or ComplianceQuest platforms. Strong understanding of Change Management principles and practices. Experience with ITIL/IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and operational support models. Experience managing application lifecycles, including implementation, enhancements, upgrades, vendor coordination, and support. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting Quality, Compliance, Audit, Regulatory, or Governance-related applications. Exposure to enterprise platforms such as SAP, ERP, CRM, or other business-critical systems. Experience working within multinational or highly regulated environments. Certifications in PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, Change Management, or ITIL. Experience supporting global or regional technology initiatives.
