Salary: $147000 - 191000 per year Requirements: Minimum five (5) years of experience in project(s) involving the implementation of solutions utilizing development life cycles (e.g., SDLC) At least two (2) years in a technical leadership position, with or without direct reports Bachelors degree in Computer Science, CIS, or a related field Minimum eight (8) years of experience in software development or a related area; equivalent work experience may substitute for the degree requirement Strong experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies Expertise in designing and implementing directory services, including PingDirectory and X.500 platforms Proficiency in translating business requirements into technical specifications and software solutions Capability to build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Ability to lead complex incident support and troubleshooting for directory-related issues Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and operation of highly available directory services Collaborate with application engineering, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams to integrate identity data flows Ensure the integrity and security of identity data while maintaining service reliability Mentor junior team members and provide upward feedback to leadership Conduct and oversee projects utilizing expertise in subject areas, adhering to procedures and developing work plans Promote learning in others and adapt to changing demands and responsibilities Execute complex testing scenarios to identify application errors and confirm solutions meet specifications Assist in implementation and post-implementation support of business software solutions Provide technical guidance during systems incident responses and troubleshooting efforts Build and sustain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment Technologies: Support Mobile Security Web Cloud DevOps More: We are a leading organization in Consumer Identity and Access Management, dedicated to delivering secure and reliable digital identity solutions.
