IT Applications Engineer

Salary: $143000 - 185000 per year Requirements: Minimum five (5) years of experience with projects involving solution implementation utilizing development life cycles (e.g., SDLC) At least two (2) years in a technical leadership capacity, with or without direct reports Bachelors degree in Computer Science, CIS, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of eight (8) years in software development or a related discipline; equivalent experience can substitute for the degree Experience engaging with senior leadership, particularly at the Director level or higher is preferred Four (4) years of experience in systems analysis, particularly in defining technical requirements and high-level design for intricate solutions Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, along with familiarity with DEVOPS Experience with AICC, SCORM, and xAPI content validation and troubleshooting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on technical communication and teamwork Responsibilities: Design, configure, implement, and support enterprise Learning Platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy Translate complex business and instructional requirements into scalable technical solutions Conduct data analysis to identify system enhancements and optimize performance Manage customer collaborations regarding report management and oversee end-to-end platform feature integration Facilitate Agile delivery practices and guide teams in structured change management Lead consultations with stakeholders to convert business needs into technical requirements Mentor teams in software development and Learning Platform engineering practices Prioritize and deliver application updates in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders Foster a high-performing, inclusive environment that promotes learning from mistakes and innovation Drive continuous improvement to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency Technologies: DevOps Support AI API Cloud More: At Vantage Compute, we are committed to excellence in healthcare through innovative technology solutions.
