Salary: $93000 - 124000 per year Requirements: We require an equivalent combination of education and experience in information technology totaling ten years. Alternatively, we accept a bachelors degree in computer science, networking, information systems, or a related discipline, plus six years of progressively more complex problem-solving experience as a developer designing, building, or supporting large-scale applications with mission-critical business functions. Responsibilities: We create, upgrade, maintain, enhance, test, and replace existing applications. We contribute to iterative improvements in the system development life cycle. We design and build interfaces with business partners, including state agencies and third parties. We work with DevOps teams to support regular, controlled deployments of updates to database-driven applications. We troubleshoot and resolve complex application, interface, and data issues. We ensure security and privacy requirements are met. We monitor application health and functionality and respond to incidents and problems. We apply Agile software development principles and values in our work. We take part in technical reviews, including design, code, documentation, and security reviews, and develop corrective solutions as needed. We resolve incidents for stakeholders, customers, and partners by identifying root causes and mitigating or fixing the issue.
