Information Assurance Administrator

Salary: $95000 - 133000 per year Requirements: We require a bachelors degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or equivalent hands-on experience. We require an active Security+ certification. We need working knowledge of security hardening practices as they relate to ICD 503 and DCID 6/3 for server and client operating systems. We require demonstrated experience with COMSEC protocols and procedures. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, self-directed, collaborative, and able to work independently when needed. We require an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. Preferred qualifications include prior support for the NRO or the Intelligence Community. Responsibilities: We support full-spectrum IT services across client/server systems, enterprise services, and network communications. We work with A&A authorities to ensure our information assurance measures align with mission goals and applicable security policies and directives. We provide accreditation artifacts to support ATO submissions and POAMs. We deploy required STIGs, software updates, and patches as directed. We use SIEM and network monitoring tools such as Splunk, EVSS, ACAS, SCCM, and HBSS. We perform maintenance, repair, and upgrades for hardware and printers, and coordinate with support technicians as needed. We research hardware and software solutions to meet customer requirements. We participate in Technical Exchange Meetings and contribute to process improvement efforts. We assist with administration, troubleshooting, and testing of configuration changes and software patches across the network. We identify and address security and hardening issues arising from configuration changes and patching. We provide strong customer service and clear communication in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. We may travel within the continental U.S. occasionally, at less than 25%.
