Fullstack Engineer

Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements: We are seeking 3+ years of experience in a SaaS product development setting or an FDA-regulated medical device environment; AWS experience is a plus. We need hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript, and SQL. We value experience with Angular, Spring Boot, Postgres, Docker, Git, Kubernetes, and Kafka. Familiarity with Domain Driven Design, Event Driven Architecture, and Reactive Programming is desirable. We are looking for experience working on agile teams in remote environments. Experience with release management and ALM tools such as Jira and Git/GitLab is required. Background in Behavior Driven Development (BDD) is preferred. Experience in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment is important. We need strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfort with formal documentation and regulated environments is essential. Ability to collaborate effectively as part of an agile remote team is required. Experience using AI engineering tools such as Amazon Q is a plus. Experience in biomedical, healthcare, blood, or other regulated environments is a plus. Responsibilities: We design, build, test, deploy, release, and support a regulated SaaS solution as part of a team. We develop and enhance innovative solutions that address customer needs. We contribute to continuous improvement and support CI/CD pipelines. We identify and implement automation opportunities, promoting best practices and efficiency. We participate across the full solution lifecycle and partner closely with internal and external business and technology stakeholders. We evaluate system and component releases to understand their impact on business processes. We review code, and verify and validate software developed by the team. We learn business processes to help ensure technology effectively supports business users.
