Enterprise Technical Product Manager

Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in Technical Product Management, Program Management, Business Analysis, Technology Consulting, or a related field Experience leading cross-functional enterprise initiatives and working with Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, and Product teams Strong stakeholder engagement, executive communication, and written and verbal communication skills Ability to influence without direct authority and translate effectively between business and technical audiences Strong business and technical acumen, systems-thinking ability, and awareness of business and systems architecture Experience gathering requirements and producing clear documentation Knowledge of Agile methodologies and enterprise governance practices Preferred: experience in Mortgage, Lending, FinTech, Banking, or Financial Services, or with enterprise transformation initiatives Preferred: familiarity with Salesforce, Encompass, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, APIs, enterprise integrations, or diagramming tools such as Mermaid, Lucidchart, Visio, Miro, and PlantUML Preferred: exposure to AI, automation, or Generative AI initiatives Responsibilities: Lead enterprise initiatives spanning Product, Engineering, Data, Infrastructure, Security, Operations, Compliance, and executive teams Gather requirements, establish roadmaps, and guide strategic programs through execution Align stakeholders, facilitate executive discussions, and support decision-making Convert business needs into actionable technical solutions Create product requirements documents, business requirements, process maps, governance materials, and technical specifications Develop architecture, integration, workflow, and process diagrams using Mermaid or other modern documentation tools Coordinate cross-functional work and manage risks, dependencies, and release planning Assess emerging technologies, AI opportunities, and proof-of-concept initiatives Support vendor assessments, integrations, and platform implementations Evaluate new concepts, products, and greenfield initiatives; contribute to proof-of-concept work and solution validation Balance technical feasibility against business value and advance AI, automation, and modernization efforts Technologies: AI Azure Fabric Support Product Manager Salesforce Security Cloud LESS More: We are recruiting for a Technical Product Manager (Enterprise TPM) for a client in Parsippany, New Jersey, within a growing FinTech organization. Deep software development expertise is not the primary focus; architecture awareness and understanding how systems, integrations, and business processes interact are more important.
