Enterprise Data Architect

Salary: $200000 - 200000 per year Requirements: We need 10+ years of IT experience, including 3-5+ years in a Data Architect, Enterprise Data Architect, or comparable leadership capacity. We need a strong track record leading enterprise data transformation, data modernization, or large-scale data readiness programs. We need a solid understanding of how to prepare enterprise data for AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, and scalable reporting. We need demonstrated success improving data quality, governance, ownership, and overall enterprise data health. We need proven ability to influence stakeholders, build consensus, and drive adoption in complex, siloed organizations. We need strong experience in data architecture, data warehousing, enterprise data integration, and data modeling. We need strong experience with Google Cloud Platform, especially BigQuery, data pipelines, or large-scale cloud data environments. Experience with Salesforce data integration, AWS, or other cloud platforms is a plus. We need prior hands-on exposure to ETL, data integration, APIs, microservices architecture, or enterprise application and data flows. We need experience with relational databases, NoSQL databases, BI tools, and big data technologies. We need the ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive audiences. We need a bachelors or masters degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent mix of education and work experience. Responsibilities: We will lead enterprise data architecture and transformation efforts centered on AI readiness, data quality, governance, and data usability. We will assess the current data environment and identify gaps that limit support for AI, machine learning, analytics, reporting, and future digital initiatives. We will develop practical roadmaps to strengthen data health, reduce fragmentation, and prepare enterprise data for advanced analytics and AI use cases. We will drive alignment across siloed business and technology teams around data models, data flows, ownership, standards, and governance. We will partner with senior leaders, business stakeholders, and technology teams to advance enterprise data strategy and execution. We will influence teams without direct authority and help move cross-functional initiatives forward. We will define and refine data architecture standards, integration patterns, governance frameworks, and data management best practices. We will support enterprise data architecture across Google Cloud Platform, Salesforce, AWS, and on-premises environments. We will evaluate current-state data platforms, tools, and processes and recommend modernization or migration approaches. We will lead cross-functional discussions, remove blockers, and accelerate initiatives tied to AI readiness and enterprise transformation. We will present findings, recommendations, roadmaps, and progress updates to senior leadership.
