The IS&T Retail Engineering organization has the goal of providing an intuitive, seamless and inspiring customer shopping experience. The Solstice Analytics Store Online is one of the world's largest online retailers, serving millions of customers around the globe. We are looking for a self-motivated Engineering Project Manager who has several years of experience in a complex, fast-moving electronic commerce or software development environment and has a consistent track record of delivering excellent results. Description We're seeking a passionate project management expert to own the entire lifecycle of large-scale projects and feature areas. You'll be in the driver's seat, from business requirements analysis and technical design discussions to testing and partner collaboration. This isn't about checking tasks off a list - it's about the ability to lead and deliver on every aspect of the project. Responsibilities: Take full responsibility for the success of projects, steering them from concept to launch with a laser focus on execution. Confidently navigate multifaceted environments, building strong relationships and smoothly resolving conflicts. Work seamlessly with engineers, product owners, and strategic partners, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed. Efficiently manage resources, monitor timelines, and proactively identify and mitigate risks. Maintain a relentless focus on execution, ensuring timely and successful delivery while paying meticulous attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of hands-on experience in engineering project or program management 5+ years on hands-on experience in a technical role Proven ability to work with diverse audience through clear, compelling written and verbal communication. Successful track record of managing budgets and forecasting resource needs. Industry recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) or Scrum Master certification. Proven track record of thriving in fast paced dev environment with constant change. Minimum Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Engineering project management Experience in software development life cycle methodologies Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; or equivalent experience Pay & Benefits At Solstice Analytics, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $144,600 and $218,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Solstice Analytics employees also have the opportunity to become an Solstice Analytics shareholder through participation in Solstice Analytics's discretionary employee stock programs. Solstice Analytics employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Solstice Analytics stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Solstice Analytics's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
