DevOps Engineer with MLOps

Salary: $118,393.6 - 124,987.2 per year Requirements: Hands-on experience with modern DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD platforms such as GitHub Actions and Jenkins, and containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes. Practical experience applying AI in DevOps, such as using LLMs for pull request summaries or test generation, triaging issues, detecting anomalies in logs and metrics, or supporting incident response through chatops. Strong scripting and automation skills, with Python proficiency preferred and experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, Bash, or Groovy; ability to build small- to medium-scale automations and integrate with REST and AI APIs. Solid understanding of source control and code review workflows, including GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, or Gerrit, and familiarity with trunk-based development, code ownership, and policy-as-code enforcement. Experience with relational databases and SQL, including database concepts, schema design, and performance considerations. Knowledge of computer hardware components and experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative engineering environment, with strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent. Responsibilities: Design, build, and own DevOps platforms and applications that use AI/ML to improve developer productivity, reliability, and security. Architect, implement, and maintain solutions using modern DevOps, MLOps, and AIOps tools and practices, including LLMs, vector search, and AI-assisted automation. Develop and enhance AI-powered capabilities for CI/CD, observability, and incident management, including intelligent alerting, anomaly detection, and automated remediation. Lead and contribute to automation scripts, tools, and services using Python and other languages, integrating with REST and AI APIs. Collaborate with software engineering, SRE, security, data, and platform teams to define requirements, design scalable solutions, and promote DevOps and AI/ML best practices. Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines with systems such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Kubernetes, and Docker to support reliable, secure, and efficient software delivery. Apply AI-driven observability and chatops to troubleshoot production issues, improve detection and resolution times, and strengthen system resilience. Promote and operationalize AI copilots, chatops, and knowledge-automation tools to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve developer experience. Establish and uphold source control, code review, and policy-as-code standards, including trunk-based development, code ownership, and automated quality and security gates. Participate in technical design reviews, create documentation, and continuously improve DevOps and AI/ML-enabled platform capabilities.
