📋 Description Lead a design team and mentor designers across activations. Partner with the Creative Director to translate direction into design. Drive design across events, campaigns, partnerships, and product launches. Set the visual direction from concept to final execution with craft. Establish design workflows that move fast without sacrificing quality. Stay hands-on with design when appropriate. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in brand/creative design; mentoring designers. Portfolio showing craft across campaigns, events, or product marketing. Led design for launches, activations, or integrated campaigns. Strong creative judgment and actionable feedback. Experience balancing multiple complex projects with quality.
