Database Administrator III

Salary: $68000 - 102000 per year Requirements: We are looking for an Oracle DBA with 10+ years of experience supporting large enterprise environments on UNIX. We need someone with at least 5 years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle RAC environments. Strong expertise in Oracle performance tuning and diagnostics is required. Experience upgrading Oracle RAC 19c and 23ai environments, as well as GoldenGate 23ai, is required. Proven experience configuring and supporting Oracle GoldenGate is required. Experience building and maintaining Oracle Data Guard environments is required. Proficiency in Shell scripting and Perl is required. Experience with Oracle administration tools such as OEM, TOAD, and SQL Developer is required. The ability to participate in on-call support rotations is required. Experience in financial institutions is preferred. Familiarity with ITSM tools and processes is preferred. Responsibilities: We administer and support large-scale Oracle database environments on UNIX platforms. We configure, implement, and maintain Oracle GoldenGate for replication, including multi-master environments. We build, maintain, and support Oracle Data Guard environments. We perform advanced database performance tuning and troubleshoot complex issues. We support and manage Oracle RAC environments, including 19c and 23ai upgrades and ongoing maintenance. We take part in on-call pager duty rotations. We develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell and Perl. We use Oracle tools such as OEM, TOAD, and SQL Developer for monitoring and administration. We manage and support GoldenGate environments, including configuration and issue resolution.
