Partner with Product and Engineering to improve UX and retention through data analysis.
📋 Description Partner with Product and Engineering to improve UX, adoption, and retention. Define and maintain core metrics to measure product value. Design and evaluate experiments, including A/B tests and causal inference. Analyze usage and segments to inform roadmap decisions. Build dashboards, reports, and self-serve analytics for teams. Develop models and forecasts to explain user behavior. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in data science, analytics, economics, or similar. SQL, Python, and statistical methods. Experience defining new metrics and measurement frameworks. Deep fluency in experimentation, causal inference, and A/B testing. Strong product instincts on AI-enabled workflows.
