Data Engineering Manager

📋 Description Lead a Data Engineering team to scale data foundations powering Lumen Dynamics products. Oversee data modeling, pipelines, and analytics-ready datasets across domains. Partner with engineering, product, and stakeholders to turn needs into data solutions. Hire, coach, and grow engineers; establish rituals and career development. Set technical direction for data modeling; champion SSOT across data layers. Oversee ETL pipelines and data governance across domains. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in CS, Info Systems, Finance, Math, or related. 8+ years designing/implementing ETL pipelines with Informatica, Talend, NiFi, or similar. 2+ years directly managing or leading data engineers (hiring, coaching, performance). Proficiency in SQL, MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle, and data warehousing. Familiarity with GCP, BigQuery, and Airflow. Demonstrated ability to set technical direction and align across engineering and business stakeholders.
