Own and optimize the end-to-end merchant experience for AI-enabled payment capabilities.
📋 Description Own end-to-end merchant experience from onboarding to lifecycle. Optimize global payment flows with batching, netting, routing. Strengthen infrastructure: reliability, compliance, liquidity. Deploy AI-native capabilities to automate workflows and insights. Lead cross-functional teams to ship AI-enabled payments capabilities. Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and commercial teams to ship capabilities. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years in high-growth fintech or platform products. Bachelor’s degree or higher; engineering coursework a plus. Technical fluency for architectural discussions around high-scale systems. Exceptional communication across technical and non-technical teams. Analytical rigour: data-driven problem solving. Bias for action with ownership to ship quickly. Collaborative, cross-functional, cross-cultural teams. Preferred: API product experience in fintech/payments.
