Staff Product Manager, Lending

📋 Description Define and drive lending strategy, including embedded and first-party lending. Lead high-impact initiatives across origination, underwriting, and portfolio optimization. Identify market opportunities and translate into multi-quarter roadmaps. Partner with engineering, data, risk, legal, compliance, finance, and ops to align strategy. Build scalable product frameworks and operating models to expand lending. Mentor other PMs and raise the standard of product craft. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years of product management in fintech, lending, or regulated domains. Strong track record leading large, ambiguous product areas from strategy to execution. Deep experience building or scaling lending, credit, or embedded finance products. Strong commercial and analytical judgment balancing customer needs and risk. Proven ability to influence senior cross-functional stakeholders. Exceptional communication skills for executives and teams.
