About the Role We are looking for motivated and passionate C++ Developers to join our growing team and work on an offshore project supporting teams in the UK and Poland. This opportunity is open to fresh graduates with a degree in Computer Science or a related field, as well as junior to mid-level developers with solid programming fundamentals. Work Location: Iloilo City, Philippines Work Arrangement: Full-time, onsite Project: Offshore UK/Poland Key Responsibilities Participate in software development activities, including design, coding, testing, and documentation. Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles to develop maintainable and scalable applications. Collaborate with senior developers and project teams to deliver quality software solutions. Troubleshoot, debug, and help improve existing systems. Participate in technical training and continuous learning activities. Communicate effectively with team members to support project requirements and development goals. Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Knowledge or practical experience in C, C++, and/or C# through academic projects, internships, or professional experience. Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts. Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Good English communication skills, both written and verbal. Willingness to work onsite in Iloilo City. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with databases such as SQL or Oracle. Basic knowledge of version control systems such as Git. Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies.
