About the role
JOB TITLE: BUSINESS ARCHITECT Work Setup: Hybrid Shift Schedule: 2PM – 12MN The SAP S/4HANA HCM Personnel Time Management (PT) Consultant is responsible for supporting the assessment, preparation, conversion, testing, and stabilization of SAP HCM PT processes during an ECC to S/4HANA Brownfield Conversion program. The consultant will analyze the existing SAP HCM/PT landscape, identify impacts arising from SAP S/4HANA simplifications and technical conversion activities, validate business process continuity, and support remediation of custom developments, interfaces, reports, and enhancements. The role requires close collaboration with HR, Payroll, Technical, Basis, Security, Data Migration, and Testing teams to ensure a successful transition to SAP S/4HANA while minimizing disruption to ongoing HR operations. Must have and Good to have skills: HCM PT (Personnel Time Management)
