APPLICATION LEAD - SAP CO Management Accounting | Hybrid

About the role We are looking for an experienced SAP CO Consultant specializing in Product Cost Controlling (CO-PC) to support SAP implementation and business process transformation initiatives. Key responsibilities Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP CO-PC solutions. Configure Product Cost Planning, Cost Object Controlling, Cost Component Structures, Costing Variants, and Costing Sheets. Implement and support Material Ledger and Actual Costing processes. Support standard cost estimates, cost rollups, and periodic costing activities. Provide support for month-end and year-end closing activities related to manufacturing and product costing. Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Inventory Management, Production Planning, and Manufacturing teams. Conduct fit-to-standard workshops, gap assessments, testing, and defect resolution. Prepare functional specifications and support technical developments, reports, interfaces, and enhancements. Support data migration validation, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities. About you Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of SAP CO experience, with strong hands-on experience in CO-PC (Product Cost Controlling). Strong knowledge of Product Cost Planning, Cost Object Controlling, Material Ledger, Actual Costing, and Cost Component Structures. Experience with integration between SAP CO, FI, MM, PP, and Inventory Management. Experience working on SAP implementation projects. Ability to analyze manufacturing costing requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. Experience in testing, defect management, and business user support. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
