About the role We are looking for an experienced SAP EWM Consultant to provide application support, incident resolution, minor enhancements, system maintenance, and continuous improvement for SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver effective SAP EWM solutions. Key responsibilities Provide application support for SAP EWM, including incident investigation and resolution. Handle service requests and perform problem management and root cause analysis. Perform minor enhancements and configuration changes related to SAP EWM. Conduct system maintenance, monitoring, and application health checks. Analyze complex SAP EWM issues and provide appropriate technical solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. Support project and enhancement activities from requirements through implementation. Monitor project progress and assist in identifying and mitigating risks and issues. Develop and maintain project and support documentation, including design specifications, test plans, user manuals, knowledge articles, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Support continuous improvement initiatives for SAP EWM processes and applications. About you Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. More than 4 years of relevant SAP EWM experience. Proficient in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). Strong experience in SAP application support and incident management. Ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective technical solutions. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of SAP implementation, enhancement, and support processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
