Build & Release Engineer - AI Trainer

Salary: $104,000 - 208,000 per year Requirements: We need fluent English skills at a native or bilingual level. We require proficiency in at least one of these languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift. We are looking for excellent written communication, including strong grammar and clarity. We require a bachelors degree, either completed or currently in progress. We prefer prior experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer. We can only consider candidates based in the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand. Responsibilities: We ask our team to design and solve a range of coding challenges used to train AI systems. We expect you to write precise code examples and thorough explanations. We rely on you to assess AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability. We want you to share feedback that helps improve the next generation of AI models. We may also have you work on programming tasks such as building applications and analyzing data.
