AI Trainer Software Designer

Salary: $122000 - 243000 per year Requirements: We require fluency in English at a native or bilingual level. We require strong proficiency in at least one of the following: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift. We require excellent writing ability and solid grammar. We require a bachelors degree, completed or currently in progress. We prefer prior experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer. We require applicants to be based in the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand. Responsibilities: We design and solve a wide range of coding challenges used to train AI systems. We write clear, high-quality code examples and thorough explanations. We review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability. We share feedback that helps improve the next generation of AI models. We complete a brief assessment as our screening step before paid work becomes available.
