Salary: $114000 - 229000 per year Requirements: We require fluency in English at a native or bilingual level. We require strong command of at least one programming language or framework, such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift. We require excellent written communication, grammar, and explanation skills. We require a bachelors degree, either completed or currently in progress. We prefer prior experience as a software developer, coder, software engineer, or programmer. We require eligibility to work from one of the following countries: the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand. Responsibilities: We design and solve a wide range of coding challenges used to train AI systems. We write clear, high-quality code examples and thorough explanations. We assess AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability. We deliver feedback that helps improve and guide future AI models. We complete a short assessment to begin the hiring process and unlock paid work through our platform.
