Apple Certified IT Professional

About the role We are looking for an Apple Certified IT Professional who will be responsible for supporting, managing, and troubleshooting Apple devices and IT environments. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with macOS, iOS/iPadOS, Apple device deployment, and enterprise IT support. You will work closely with users and internal IT teams to ensure Apple devices are properly configured, deployed, maintained, and supported. Key responsibilities Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Apple devices, including MacBooks, iMacs, iPhones, and iPads. Provide technical support for macOS, iOS, and iPadOS users. Perform Apple device enrollment, configuration, and deployment using MDM solutions. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application-related issues. Manage user accounts, device security, software updates, and IT policies. Assist with device provisioning, inventory management, and asset tracking. Support Apple device security, compliance, and endpoint management requirements. Document technical issues, resolutions, and IT procedures. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for technical escalations when necessary. About you Apple Certified IT Professional or relevant Apple certification is required. At least 1 year of experience in IT support, Apple support, desktop support, or endpoint management. Strong hands-on experience with macOS and Apple devices. Knowledge of Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Mobile Device Management (MDM) is highly preferred. Experience with tools such as Jamf, Microsoft Intune, Kandji, Mosyle, or similar MDM platforms is an advantage. Familiarity with device deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and endpoint security. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with IT teams.
