AI Product Owner

We are seeking an experienced AI Product Owner to join our team. In this role, you’ll own the product vision and roadmap for our groundbreaking automation tool, which supports both inbound and outbound messaging to global talent. Our solution helps recruiters save 70% of their time while bridging the gap between HR departments and tech scale-ups. Our product is currently at the pre-seed stage, with an MVP that is already generating extraordinary user feedback. We’re looking for someone who thrives on building remarkable, user-friendly platforms and enjoys working at the intersection of engineers, AI Architects, users, and the sales team. The pre-seed phase is expected to last 3-4 months, culminating in our first commercial trials and the onboarding of enterprise clients. Project information: Type of project: IT services Office location: Warsaw, Poland Work mode: 100% Remote from Poland Budget: 100 PLN net/ h on b2b Only candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in Poland Start date: TBA – around 08. – 10.2026 Project scope: Product Vision & Strategy: Define a compelling product vision grounded in customer insights, business objectives, and market capacity for services. Customer Discovery & Value Definition: Lead with Sales and TA teams ensuring all functionalities are defined, mapped, and planned for development Roadmap & Prioritization: Build an outcome-oriented roadmap, ensuring engagement with multiple data sources and integration with top ATS around the region Product Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end lifecycle: MVP → scaling → adoption → client onboarding -> scaling. Competence demands: Working with AI, UX, Design, Engineering, Content, and Business teams Agile frameworks (Scrum / SAFe) Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders without formal authority Ability to operate effectively with external partners (data sources/ATS’s) Business & Analytical Skills Ability to define and track KPIs (conversion, engagement, performance) Strong analytical thinking and commercial mindset Hands-on, proactive, ownership-driven approach Experience in start-up / scale up culture Experience working in multi-market / international environments Very good English skills We offer: Remote working model Dynamic and innovation-driven engineering environment Full-time job agreement based on b2b Private medical care with dental care (covering 70% of costs) Multisport card (also for an accompanying person) Life insurance
