Activity Security Rep

Salary: $115000 - 161000 per year Requirements: Bachelors degree in a relevant field or 4 additional years of direct experience in lieu of a degree. Over 6 years of pertinent experience in a security-related role. At least 3 years of experience dealing with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). Strong understanding of security policies/manuals and familiarity with relevant ICDs, JAFANs, DOD Manuals, and other guiding policy documents. One or more years of experience with Special Access Requirements (SAR) programs is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Responsibilities: Support the management of a document accountability system and relevant correspondence. Implement Top Secret Control for accountable materials and related communication. Prepare and manage inbound and outbound classified mail, faxes, courier packages, and receipts. Review Program Access Requests (PARs) for correctness and access eligibility. Complete Special Access Program Nomination Process Questionnaires. Conduct reviews of candidates for SAP access using Defense Central Index of Investigations (DCII), Joint Personnel Access System (JPAS), and SAPNP. Perform data entry and maintain current access information in the Joint Access Database (JADE).
