Join our Manila-based night shift team as a Graphic Designer, focusing on the creation and adaptation of creative assets for our North American clients. This role encompasses both artistic execution and strategic marketing design, ensuring that all creative outputs are not only aesthetically appealing but also optimized for brand performance. Aligned with North American business hours, observing US holidays for seamless cross-regional collaboration. Direct interaction with North American leadership and opportunities to work with cross-functional teams globally. Design and produce creative assets for multiple formats including digital, print, social media, and retail using Adobe Creative Suite. Develop scalable marketing templates for use across various campaigns and regions. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate marketing objectives. Collaborate closely with North American teams to ensure compliance with brand and platform standards. Manage design revisions, ensuring accuracy in file deliveries while adhering to project timelines. Participate in creative briefs, identifying and addressing potential issues early in the design process. Support the creation and refinement of dynamic templates and assist in optimizing design workflows and asset management. Minimum of 2 years' experience in graphic design or a related field. Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Demonstrable ability to execute designs across various formats with a focus on marketing effectiveness. Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, branding, and marketing messaging. Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with collaborative tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Linear, and Slack. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, particularly in relation to web design and template creation.
