Weapons System Software Engineer

Salary: $112000 - 165000 per year Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in a software development position Proficiency in object-oriented design principles and practices Strong verbal and written communication abilities Capacity to succeed in a dynamic, collaborative work culture Availability to work on-site at Dahlgren Naval Base a minimum of 4 days a week Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and evaluate source code for the Tactical Tomahawk Weapon Control System. Troubleshoot reported issues and conduct causal analysis. Provide support for all phases of the system development lifecycle, with a focus on software development including analysis, requirements gathering, design, coding, unit testing, maintenance, and documentation.
