Salary: $21,000 - 38,500 per year Requirements: We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. We are seeking 6+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with strong hands-on expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ. We need deep experience architecting and building SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, including custom rules, workflows, reports, plugins, and integrations. We are looking for proven experience leading technical design, guiding development work, and delivering complex IAM implementations in enterprise settings. We require strong knowledge of provisioning workflows, production support, root cause analysis, and long-term remediation planning. We expect experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, web services connectors, and related enterprise identity platforms. We need a solid understanding of SailPoint IdentityIQ database structures and strong SQL/querying skills. We value demonstrated ability to lead initiatives, influence stakeholders, mentor junior team members, and collaborate across cross-functional groups. Responsibilities: We lead the design, development, and upkeep of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, including custom rules, workflows, reports, plugins, and API integrations. We drive the strategy and execution for resolving production incidents, including troubleshooting provisioning issues, identifying underlying causes, and implementing durable fixes. We architect, document, and refine SailPoint technical solutions, implementation specifics, and process flow diagrams to support scalable IAM operations. We partner with application teams, IAM Operations, and other stakeholders to onboard new applications and broaden automation within SailPoint IdentityIQ. We provide technical direction across IAM programs by defining solution architecture, setting development standards, and ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable outcomes. We mentor and support junior team members, helping strengthen their technical capabilities and fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
