VP, AI Infrastructure Support Engineer

Salary: $30,000 - 55,000 per year Requirements: We require a bachelors degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. We require 6–8 years of experience in application or infrastructure roles; experience in securities or financial services is a plus. We require 4+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or site reliability. We need hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, HELM, and GitLab CI/CD. We need strong proficiency in Python and Bash/Shell scripting for automation and operational support. We require familiarity with enterprise tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, and Azure AD. We need working knowledge of networking fundamentals and storage systems as they relate to distributed AI environments. We value strong documentation and collaboration skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting. We require willingness to participate in weekend or after-hours support rotations as needed. Responsibilities: We provide operational support and resolve issues across AI infrastructure and platform services. We manage AI deployments and monitor workloads on distributed systems using Kubernetes and Docker. We build and maintain scripts and automation with Python and Shell scripting. We work extensively with infrastructure ticketing platforms such as JIRA and ServiceNow. We partner with cross-functional teams and apply DevOps practices including CI/CD with GitLab, containerization with Docker, and secure access control through Azure AD. We help document infrastructure procedures, runbooks, and architectural components. We troubleshoot networking and storage-related issues affecting AI workloads. We participate in periodic on-call rotations, including occasional weekend coverage.
