UX Lead

📋 Description UX Lead (Remote) supporting DoW programs. Guides strategy, design direction, and team execution of user-centered design. Leads cross-functional teams to define vision and design standards. Operates strategically and tactically; mentors design teams. Requires Secret/Top Secret clearance. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years of UX design experience. Strong UX leadership: vision, standards, and delivery strategy. End-to-end UX for native applications. Experience in Agile environments using SAFe or similar. Human-centered research: interviews, usability testing, field research.
