UI/UX Designer

Belmoney is a Belgian fintech company operating in the international money transfer (remittance) space. We're looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our product team and help us create simple, intuitive, and engaging digital experiences for our customers.What you'll doDesign user experiences and interfaces across our digital productsTranslate business and customer needs into clear, intuitive user flows and interfacesCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designsWork closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the product development processConduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisionsImprove existing user journeys based on customer feedback, data, and usability insightsBuild and maintain a consistent design system and UI patternsPrepare designs and specifications for development and work closely with engineers during implementationContribute to product discovery and early-stage concept developmentHelp establish and maintain UX/UI best practices across the product teamWhat we're looking for3+ years of commercial experience in UI/UX or Product DesignStrong portfolio demonstrating both UX and UI design skillsExcellent understanding of user-centered design principlesExperience designing responsive web applications and/or mobile productsStrong knowledge of tools such as FigmaAbility to create clear user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready interfacesGood understanding of accessibility and responsive design principlesStrong attention to detail and visual design skillsAbility to work closely with Product and Engineering teamsEnglish proficient enough for daily work communicationWillingness to relocate to Madrid (Alcobendas), Spain - requiredNice to haveExperience with design systems and component librariesExperience conducting user research and usability testingExperience working with analytics and product data to inform design decisionsBasic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend developmentExperience working in an agile product environmentExperience with fintech, payments, or banking - nice to have, not required
