Tech Product Manager AI - Belmoney

Belmoney is a Belgian fintech company operating in the international money transfer (remittance) space. We're looking for a Product Manager to join our product team and help shape the future of our products and customer experience.What you'll doOwn and drive product development from discovery and prioritization through delivery and iterationReview and support the implementation of AI across different processes Work closely with engineering, design, DevOps, compliance, and business teamsDefine product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteriaAnalyze customer needs, product data, and market trends to identify opportunitiesManage and prioritize the product roadmap based on business and customer impactCoordinate product launches and ensure smooth delivery across teamsWork on fintech-specific flows including payments, KYC/AML, PSP integrations, and international money transfersContinuously measure product performance and use data and feedback to improve the productCommunicate product decisions and priorities clearly across the organizationWhat we're looking for4+ years of commercial experience in product managementProven experience working in fintech, payments, banking, or a closely related financial-services environment - requiredExperience managing digital products, preferably web and/or mobile applicationsStrong understanding of product discovery, prioritization, roadmap management, and agile methodologyAbility to work effectively with engineering and design teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsComfortable working with data and product metricsExcellent communication and stakeholder-management skillsEnglish proficient enough for daily work communicationWillingness to relocate to Madrid (Alcobendas), Spain - requiredNice to haveExperience in payments, remittance, or money transfer productsUnderstanding of KYC/AML and compliance requirementsExperience working with payment service providers (PSPs)Experience with event-driven or distributed systemsExperience working in an international or multicultural teamTechnical background or experience working closely with backend/frontend engineering teams
