Test Manager (Defence & Security)

Tech Stack: Embedded Testing Test Automation C C++ Python NATO Standards (STANAG) Project Description: Join a project focused on testing solutions developed for the defence domain. The role combines test strategy creation, test planning, test execution oversight, automation activities, and collaboration with a team responsible for testing. You will be involved in ensuring the quality and reliability of systems developed in accordance with demanding industry requirements and standards. Requirements:
Experience in a similar Test Lead / Test Engineer role Experience in creating testing strategies and preparing test plans Experience in planning and implementing automated tests Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages used in embedded environments (C, C++, Python) Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate testing activities Good communication skills Fluent English Assertive and confident communication style with resilience and ability to work effectively in challenging environments Analytical mindset, self-initiative, commitment, and ability to improve existing processes Willingness to undergo a mandatory personal security clearance verification process or possession of a valid security clearance up to NATO Secret / Tajne level Willingness to undergo mandatory checks required for work on defence-related technologies Availability to work on-site from the Wrocław office Willingness to work under a Contract of Employment Nice to Have: Experience working with public administration, defence, or security sectors Knowledge of NATO standards, including STANAG Experience testing systems developed under strict quality or safety requirements Familiarity with regulated environments and formal verification processes
