Salary: $90,000.96 - 103,000.08 per year Requirements: We require a bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering. We look for 3–6 years of test engineering experience. Responsibilities: We develop test plans and procedures to assess components and systems within the area of specialization. We create data settings, test specifications, standards, and schedules. We prepare, configure, and operate test equipment for moderately complex evaluations. We conduct tests and document, summarize, and communicate results and conclusions accurately. We analyze and interpret test outcomes to anticipate performance or failure modes. We verify testing accuracy and determine whether additional testing is needed. We identify issues, develop countermeasures, and recommend design improvements. We share findings through written reports and formal presentations. We collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to support design validation.
