Technical Support Engineer

Job Details: We are hiring Technical Support Engineers based in Metro Manila (NCR) to provide higher-tier network troubleshooting, system diagnostic support, and operational maintenance for broadband projects. POSITION: Technical Support Engineer LOCATION: Metro Manila (NCR) WORK SETUP: Hybrid / Office Deployment JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform technical diagnostics, remote troubleshooting, and fault isolation for broadband network infrastructure Monitor network performance metrics, log service tickets, and escalate technical issues to engineering leads Assist field teams and project coordinators in resolving network connectivity and equipment configuration errors Prepare technical root-cause analysis reports and document recurring network issue resolutions Coordinate with hardware vendors and system integrators for patch updates and hardware replacement QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT, or related field Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in network technical support, broadband systems, or ISP NOC operations Practical knowledge of IP networking, fiber optic architectures, routing protocols, and diagnostic tools Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve technical incidents under SLA pressure BENEFITS: Competitive Salary Package Mandatory PH Statutory Benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) 13th Month Pay HMO / Medical Insurance Coverage Paid Vacation & Sick Leaves Technical Certification & Training Support HOW TO APPLY: Please submit your updated CV/Resume to [email protected] along with your answers to the screening questions below: What city/province do you currently reside in?
