Oracle Utilities MDM Solution Designer (CL8 Focus)

Job Details: We are seeking an Oracle Utilities MDM Solution Designer to build, customize, and maintain technical solutions within the Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management platform. POSITION: Oracle Utilities MDM Solution Designer WORK SETUP: Hybrid (Mandaluyong City) SHIFT SCHEDULE: Mid-Shift (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM) CONTRACT DURATION: 12 Months (Project-based Extension) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Translate approved functional and solution designs into detailed technical specifications and OUAF framework implementations Develop custom algorithms, business services, service scripts, BPA scripts, and Groovy components in Oracle Utilities MDM Configure and extend MDM core features including Device Management, Usage Acquisition, VEE rules, and Usage Calculations Design and build reusable Groovy components to support business rules, validations, workflow automation, and system integrations Support data integration between MDM, CC&B, Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), Data Warehouses, and Analytics Platforms Analyze technical defects, perform root cause analysis, develop remediation plans, and deliver code fixes during SIT, UAT, and hypercare support Author high-quality technical design documents, configuration specifications, development standards, and deployment procedures QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field Minimum 4 to 5 years solid experience in Oracle Utilities MDM development, configuration, and solution design Strong working knowledge of Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) architecture and Groovy development Hands-on experience developing Business Objects, Maintenance Objects, UI Maps, Zones, Portals, and Batch Controls Working knowledge of Oracle Utilities CC&B and meter-to-cash business processes is a strong advantage BENEFITS: Competitive Salary Package Mandatory PH Statutory Benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) 13th Month Pay HMO / Medical Insurance Coverage Paid Vacation & Sick Leaves Certification Support & Technical Skill Enhancement Programs HOW TO APPLY: Please submit your updated CV/Resume to [email protected] along with your answers to the screening questions below: What city/province do you currently reside in?
