Technical Solutions Consultant

Key Responsibilities Work with agency teams to understand their technical environments, developer productivity goals, and delivery challenges. Support POCs, implementation, and migration initiatives involving CI/CD, collaboration platforms, and developer tooling. Troubleshoot issues on developer productivity platforms and provide practical solutions or workarounds. Conduct technical briefings, training, and enablement sessions for users. Develop small tools, scripts, pipeline templates, dashboards, and automation to improve delivery efficiency. Support teams in adopting AI coding assistants for development, testing, and productivity improvements. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to address customer feedback, feature requests, documentation, and technical issues. Share best practices and technical knowledge with fellow consultants and stakeholders. Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience. At least 4 years of experience in roles such as Solution Consultant, Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or Customer Success Engineer. Experience with either one of the programming languages: Node.js, Python, Go, Java. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps. Familiarity with Kubernetes or other modern runtime environments. Experience with AI coding assistants such as Copilot, Claude, or Codex. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable conducting technical training and working directly with customers.
