Cybersecurity Audit & Compliance Manager

About the Role You'll examine the adequacy of submitted evidence, validate compliance assessments, liaise directly with external parties to clarify findings, and conduct onsite checks where required — playing a key role in upholding the integrity of audit and validation processes. Beyond day-to-day validation work, you'll also contribute to continuous improvement of audit guidance, frameworks, and methodologies, supporting broader resilience governance objectives in a fast-evolving sector. What You Will Do Audit Review & Validation Review external party submission reports to verify completeness of audit submissions and achievement of performance milestones Examine the adequacy and relevance of submitted evidence, and validate compliance assessments and conclusions Prepare validation worksheets and materials for the presentation of validation assessments and recommendations Stakeholder Liaison & Onsite Checks Liaise with external parties to clarify audit findings and perform onsite checks to validate audit results and milestone completion Monitor and verify remediation actions taken by external parties to address audit findings or non-compliances Governance & Continuous Improvement Identify learnings and improvements to enhance audit guidance, audit frameworks, and validation methodologies Support related resilience governance matters as required What We Are Looking For Singaporean Only Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accountancy, Engineering, or a related field; other disciplines considered with relevant experience Prior experience in audit and compliance work, preferably in the telecommunications industry Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, and the ability to prepare clear, evidence-based reports and presentation materials By submitting your resume, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information per ScienTec’s Privacy Policy (scientecconsulting.com/privacy-policy).
