📋 Description Own the end-to-end technical project plan for enterprise implementations — defining milestones Lead the creation of detailed technical project plans in collaboration with Engineering and the Lead implementation planning sessions with customer IT, clinical informatics, and operational Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers post-signature, managing Act as the voice of the customer internally — bringing back field feedback, surfacing bugs and Work hand-in-hand with Customer Success to ensure a seamless implementation experience, with clear 🎯 Requirements 3–5 years of experience in a Technical Project Manager, Implementation Manager, or customer-facing Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise implementations from kickoff through Technically fluent and comfortable discussing HL7 and FHIR integrations, APIs, SSO, and data Experience working directly with EMRs, integrations platforms, or API vendors Exceptional organizational skills: Able to manage multiple enterprise implementations Strong communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
